Whistleblower system and complaints procedure in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act

Our whistleblower system serves to report possible violations of Union law in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive as well as possible violations of German law.

DATAGROUP takes the handling of reports from whistleblowers very seriously, processes every report submitted and initiates investigations if this is possible and necessary.

All reports submitted are treated with absolute confidentiality. It is possible to submit anonymous reports.

Our whistleblower system also includes the complaints procedure function in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. This enables employees and third parties to report human rights and environmental risks as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations that have arisen as a result of business activities within the entire DATAGROUP Group or by a direct or indirect supplier of DATAGROUP.
