RPA successfully piloted with Nassauische Sparkasse.

As part of the RPA piloting for the Nassauische Sparkasse, Almato supports the implementation and initial software bot development. As part of the Naspa 4.0 strategy program, an important component is the “Automation” program package. After an initial preliminary study on RPA, which confirmed the basic technical feasibility, the Robotics pilot project for the introduction and anchoring of RPA within Naspa was implemented. The aim was to implement robotic process automation and at the same time build up the necessary know-how by means of a pilot process

The focus of the pilot project was on the Nassauische Sparkasse:

• Technical and organisational implementation of robotic process automation
• Establishing the pilot process: Selection and automation
• Total house potential analysis

Almato supported the technical implementation in the area of infrastructure setup and bot programming as part of the pilot process.
